One ETH quoted in USDT. Compare changes over a common interval rather than nominal price size.
Chart connection
Select BINANCE:ETHUSDT and align the window with BTCUSDT when comparing them.
Comparison task
Hypothetical ETH 2,000→2,100 changes 5%; BTC 100,000→101,000 changes 1%. Absolute changes of 100 and 1,000 conceal the relative comparison.
Observation time
Record identical endpoints and time zones, and check whether zooming moved the comparison baseline.
Data interpretation
Do not add ETH quantities to BTC quantities. Turnover comparisons also require a common currency and window.
